Srushti deshmukh, in her third year in engineering she has begun to study for UPSC. When she finished her senior year in engineering, Srushti Deshmukh wondered if she'd like working in the field of engineering. The answer became more clear after she began focusing on the civil work. She was encouraged by her parents to go after a civil service career and get ready for the exams. She did not lose motivation and was focused on her goal of becoming an IAS. To be eligible for UPSC the candidate must put in more work. She would prepare for UPSC topics while studying her engineering. Exam preparation was conducted each day. She was able to pass engineering tests in only 1 1/2 months and avoided social life and all social media sites. Concentration is essential to be able to pass the exam. She hopes to be a civil servant. She was very determined to succeed in this exam and put in a lot of amount of work. The routine of her day included reading papers to stay up to date with the latest news. Additionally, she received a lot of online support by gathering study materials and viewing Rajya Sabha TV. IAS Srushti Deskmukh IAS Srushti Deskmukh wrote a book that was called, The Answer Writing Handbook. It's available at each library of all states in the country. It is an excellent book to IAS applicants who work hard to take the exam. The pages on their social media have regular updates with new information from her husband about both of them.
